    I came into the Chelly Gonzalez office on Tweedy blvd. in South Gate because i was hoping to have a better experience than with the ins. co. i was already with. So happy that i did! They all greeted me with a warm hello&welcome as soon as i walked in! Martha Montoya, my new agent has been absolutely fantastic from day one!! She knows her business&was very patient explaining all my options thoroughly so i could sign up for an affordable car insurance plan. Also, they follow up really good - i wanted to write this review after a month or two,&they have called at least once a month to make sure everything is ok. it's better than ok, it's great!! I'm already recommending family, friends&all my home theater customers to them...if you're in the market, do yourself a favor & stop in like i did. They will take good care of your insurance needs.

    I love Chelly and her staff! I usually get assisted by Vanessa and always helps me with questions quickly and I’m never surprised with hidden fees. She’s been my agent for 5 years and counting and I don’t see myself moving to another agent or insurance company.

    Went to this station on a holiday weekend for a propane tank fill up and much to my surprise the service was prompt and friendly. Fantastic price on propane.

  • Review of "Citibank" at South Gate

    I've been banking with citibank for the past 17 yrs, and I had never had such horrible experience like theone I did here.. I called on Friday to set an appointment to open a checking account for my daughter, who ever answer set it up for Sat. At 11:00 am with George, when I showed up he was w/ a family, he finished around 12:05 he went to back for about 10min. When he came out,I told him I had appt with him, he gave me a look like if I was stupid, he said " no, I already had my appt for today, we only take 1appt on Saturdays because we close at 2:00 pm". Mind you, this is barely 12:20 noon I told him I had called to set it up, he said, "sorry,come back next week" I swear ,he's lucky I have multiple accounts and I don't have time to go to other back and move all my banking elsewhere.. Total disappointment... And yes, only 2 tellers and only 2 bankers w/about 15 people in line and 8 waiting to see a banker, and I kid you not, all 8 walked out without being helped,they had been there before me.. Never again will I go to this branch.
